Prices are per apartment per day. You find the plans of the apartments in the brochure.

The price includes electricity, gas, hot water, bedding and towels.

No final cleaning is taken into account

The apartments are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are kindly asked to vacate the apartments by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cash and cheques are accepted. We regret we do not accept credit cards.

It is possible to enjoy an extensive breakfast on inquiry. The price amounts to
€ 7,00

By wish fresh bread is blocked to you every morning.

The skibus which takes you directly to the alpine ski lifts (Monte Elmo, Baranci and Rienza) and to the cross-country skiing runs stops right in front of our house.

In the intervals and low season times the more spacious apartments will also give away for 2 persons (price like Julia and Monika)
  

Furnishing of our apartments:
Our apartments were built very recently and are finished according to ecological criteria. They are furnished in solid pinewood and comprise a kitchenette, WC, shower, living room, bedroom, balcony, phone and colour TV.

Kitchen equipment: the hob features an extractor hood. The equipment (saucepans, glasses, cups, cutlery,...) and the furniture (tables, fridge, …) are sufficient for 6 people. The coffee maker makes excellent espresso while a normal coffee maker is also available for lovers of German coffee.
